Gunstock Mountain Resort
Gunstock is Gilford's four-season anchor, with alpine skiing and snowboarding, night skiing, and a tubing park in winter. Come summer the resort's Adventure Park opens up a mountain coaster, one of the longest zipline networks in the continental U.S., an aerial treetop course, and scenic chairlift rides to the summit.
Ellacoya State Park
Ellacoya gives Gilford a rare stretch of public shoreline on the big lake — a roughly 600-foot sandy beach with clear water and long views across to the Ossipee and Sandwich mountains.
