Property Management, Done Professionally

A professionally maintained modern living room

A Professional Service

An Operation, Not A Side Service

Owl's Nest offers property management as a professional service, built on the short-term rental operation we run every day across Plymouth, Campton, Thornton, Waterville Valley, and the surrounding towns. Managing properties isn't something we bolt onto a brokerage — it's a business we operate, with real people handling real logistics.

That operation gives us the working systems ownership actually requires: marketing, guest and tenant communication, vendor and cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, financial reporting, tax administration, and direct owner payouts.

And because we're also a brokerage, we manage each property with an eye on its long-term value — not just this month's calendar.

Pemi Valley & Plymouth Area

Our home base — the towns along the Pemigewasset and Baker River valleys where Owl’s Nest Real Estate lives and works.

  • Plymouth

The regional hub where the White Mountains meet the Lakes Region — home to Plymouth State University, a lively Main Street of restaurants and shops, and easy I-93 access for arriving guests.

  • Campton

Where Route 49 leaves I-93 for Waterville Valley, along the Pemigewasset River. Campton is home to Owl’s Nest Resort and its golf course — and to our own office on Route 49.

  • Thornton

Stretching up the Pemi Valley between Campton and Waterville Valley, with White Mountain National Forest trailheads out the back door and a quick Route 49 run to the slopes.

  • Rumney

A classic village in the Baker River valley west of Plymouth, known to climbers everywhere for the Rumney Rocks crags on Rattlesnake Mountain — with Stinson Lake and Polar Caves Park close by.

White Mountains

Resort towns at the heart of ski country — Waterville Valley, Loon, and the gateway to Franconia Notch.

  • Waterville Valley

A self-contained resort village ringed by four-thousand-footers at the end of Route 49 — skiing on Mount Tecumseh, Town Square dining on Corcoran Pond, and golf, tennis, and trails all summer.

  • Lincoln

The gateway to Franconia Notch and home of Loon Mountain, at the western end of the Kancamagus Highway. A four-season base with restaurants, shops, and attractions along Main Street.

  • Woodstock

North Woodstock’s classic Main Street sits at the junction of I-93 and the Kancamagus, minutes from Lost River Gorge, Franconia Notch State Park, and Loon.

Newfound & Squam Lakes

The quiet side of the Lakes Region — clear-water lakes, town beaches, and village greens minutes from Plymouth.

  • Ashland

The I-93 doorway to the Squam Lakes, with a walkable little downtown and a town beach on Little Squam Lake.

  • Holderness

On the shores of Squam Lake — the setting of On Golden Pond — with the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in the village and the Rattlesnake trails overlooking the water.

  • Bridgewater

Wooded hillsides and quiet coves along Newfound Lake’s eastern shore, midway between Bristol and Plymouth.

  • Bristol

Newfound Lake’s hub town — a downtown of shops and restaurants on the Newfound River, with the sandy beach at Wellington State Park just up the shore.

  • Hebron

A picture-book village green near Newfound Lake’s north end, beside the Grey Rocks conservation lands and Hebron Marsh.
